Temporary Changes To Our Business Operations

In light of the rapidly expanding SARS-CoV-2 virus, and continually changing guidance from Federal, State, and Local health agencies, Mason RV is making several changes to our business operations. Our goal during this unusual situation is to continue serving our customers to the best of our ability, while at the same time protecting our team, customers, and those among us that are most vulnerable.

We believe that our current business model of honest pricing, no pressure sales, and warranty requirement minimization lends itself well to this unique challenge.

Open Browsing

Our RV Inventory will be unlocked during our normal business hours. Please feel free to browse, even if there isn’t a team member around, but do avoid unnecessary touching. Pricing is posted in each camper, along with MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price). We post the MSRP so that you view the specific packages and options that the unit has, but it has nothing to do with the real price. Our price is the reasonable one posted next to it (no hidden/extra fees, includes battery and starter kit).

During these times our team will be reachable via phone, sms/text and email. If you would like to schedule an in person showing, please contact us to arrange a time.

Over the coming weeks, we will continue to add useful information to the RVs, as well as our website to help make this process as consumer friendly as possible. Financing And Purchasing

Great, you’ve found the one for you! What next? If you don’t need financing, just let us know which one, and we work with you to schedule a delivery time. If financing is needed, please feel out the credit app on this website (top right menu on desktop, or in the drop-down menu on mobile).

Most of our spring inventory has arrived very recently, so there is a back log on the inspections we perform before selling every new RV, so if you are serious about purchasing a particular trailer, let us know and we’ll bump it to the front of the list.

Service

Just contact us to set up a service appointment, and we will set up a drop off time and location. We’ll contact you as normal with updates and when work is completed. At this time parts availability has not been affected.
